Global offers a 10-year parts and 2-year labor warranty on all new Trane equipment as long as a routine maintenance agreement has been fulfilled consistently by a licensed HVAC contractor.

Why you need regular planned maintenance:

  1. Regular planned maintenance is essential for optimum performance, maximum efficiency, and longevity of your heating & cooling equipment.
  2. It is REQUIRED by the manufacturer to ensure the 10 year parts & 2 year labor warranty*. (System must be maintained with yearly maintenance)
